INGREDIENTS
- 2 can Cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ t. dried oregano
- 1 t. chopped rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1¼ cup of chicken broth
- 1 T. of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a medium saucepan and simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes more.
- Serve immediately with slices of lemon and basil.
