INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts
- 2 large garlic cloves
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 T. lemon juice
- ¼ t. garlic powder
- paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Rub chicken with garlic and paprika.
- In a broiling pan, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder. Place chicken in marinade for 2 hours, turning often.
- Broil in oven for 20 minutes.
