- 2 ripe avocados, chopped
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sea salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 T. lime juice (or the juice of 1 lime)
- ½ cup chopped feta
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Put everything in a bowl and mix! Serve cold. Lasts in the fridge for two days.
