Avocado, Chickpea & Feta Salad

INGREDIENTS  
  • 2 ripe avocados, chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 T. lime juice (or the juice of 1 lime)
  • ½ cup chopped feta
  • 2 green onions, sliced
DIRECTIONS  
  1. Put everything in a bowl and mix! Serve cold. Lasts in the fridge for two days.
