INGREDIENTS
- 14 oz. coconut, shredded
- 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- ⅔ cup almonds chopped
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into round mounds using moistened fingers dipped in water.
- Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until tips of coconut are just starting to turn golden brown.
- Cool completely on baking sheet.
