- grape tomatoes
- mozzarella balls
- marinated olives
- Italian flat-leaf parsley
- extra-virgin olive oil
- lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Assemble artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, onto picks. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
