Antipasto Picks

INGREDIENTS  

  • marinated artichokes
  • grape tomatoes
  • mozzarella balls
  • marinated olives
  • Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella and olives in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, onto picks. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
