- 1 16 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1½ cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 T. flour
- 1 T. onion, minced
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Turn into buttered 9" quiche pan.
- Bake at 325°F 40 minutes.
