French Onion Soup Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS    

• 1½ cup cottage cheese
• ⅔ cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup mayo
• 1 bag of small shrimp
• 2 T. lemon juice
• ¼ t. onion powder
• dash of Tabasco and salt  

DIRECTIONS    

1. Mix all ingredients and serve with Frito's.
