Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS   

  • 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1½ T. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1 T. chopped parsley
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix stuffing ingredients and a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap and place in a baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
