INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1½ T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1 T. chopped parsley
- 2 T. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix stuffing ingredients and a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap and place in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
