- 3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ cups quick oatmeal (uncooked)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a 2-quart casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray, combine apples, cranberries and sugar. Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, pecans and melted butter in bowl and place on top of apple/cranberry mix.
- Bake for about one hour or until bubbly and brown. Serve hot.
