Asiago Cheese and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS  
  • 1 (30 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1½ cups grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 8 oz. heavy cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • Paprika, salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ½ t. Paprika,
  • ½ t. salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS  
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium casserole, mix everything.  Bake 1 hour or until hash browns are fully cooked and top is lightly browned.
