- 1 (30 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1½ cups grated Asiago cheese
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 8 oz. heavy cream
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Paprika, salt and pepper (to taste)
- ½ t. Paprika,
- ½ t. salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In medium casserole, mix everything. Bake 1 hour or until hash browns are fully cooked and top is lightly browned.
