- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 T. prune puree (blend prunes in a food processor)
- 1 cup rice cereal
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup dried fruit (apricots, pineapple, cranberries)
- In a small saucepan over medium, heat honey, peanut butter, and prune puree. Stir until smooth, around 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in cereal, oats, and dried fruit.
- Drop mixture by the tablespoon into cupcake liners and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
