- 2 pounds broccoli
- ¾ cup thinly sliced scallions, white and green parts
- ½ cup lightly salted peanuts, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)
- ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 t. honey (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- a few dashes of hot sauce, plus more to taste
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Shave broccoli steams and finely stems and crowns.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Refrigerate until serving.
