- ½ lb. raw shrimp, peeled and finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped scallion, greens only
- 2 t. minced ginger
- 2 minced garlic
- ½ sesame oil
- 1 egg white
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 36 wonton wraps
- Vegetable or corn oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until all are chopped.
- Smear on dumpling wrapper and dip in sesame seeds.
- Fry on sesame side first and then flip.
