- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. longhorn cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet.
- Mix together with spinach and cheese and soup.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubble.
- Serve with elbow macaroni or rice.
