- 1 lb. large shrimp
- ¼ lb. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 T. oil
- ½ t. parsley
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 oz. Sambucca
DIRECTIONS
- Shell shrimp, leaving tails on and rinse to remove vein.
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet and add ingredients.
- Cook, stirring often for 3-5 minutes.
