Shrimp Sambucca

INGREDIENTS    

  • 1 lb. large shrimp
  • ¼ lb. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 T. oil
  • ½ t. parsley
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Sambucca    
DIRECTIONS    

  1. Shell shrimp, leaving tails on and rinse to remove vein.
  2. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet and add ingredients.
  3. Cook, stirring often for 3-5 minutes.
